Legal system

        Malaysia’s legal system. Base from the Commons Act Law of England. It is a tributary of the UK in some years 1800 – 1960 however, Malaysia is the Constitution is written constitution. 

        Malaysia has a legal distinction between Federal Laws (Federal Law), issued by the Malaysian Parliament. And enforcement across the country to State Laws (state law) issued by the Parliament of each State. And applicable case. 

        The Constitution also requires a legal system, including Phu popular Secular Laws (Law of lay) with Sharia Laws (Islam’s religious law) and 2 law system, which cause complexity and uncertainty always.
